New Support System – Please Note
Our old support system has been deactivated as of 19/11/2025.
Our new system should deliver faster, easier, more flexible and more secure access to customer support than was previously possible.
If you have not previously logged in to this new system, please contact our office (01908 565663) so we can register your site. Login credentials for our old support system are no longer valid.
Unlike the old system, the new system permits each site to nominate a single site administrator account, plus multiple optional user accounts. Each account has an individual user name and its own secure private password.
